Returns & Exchanges
At Sumycotton we work hard to give you and your kid the perfect piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we gladly exchange it, replace it or issue a refund
-Your returned items must be: in a like-new condition, have original tag and be unwashed and/or unworn.
– Contact us within 15 days of delivery.
– Ship item back to us within 30 days of delivery.
For a refund please allow from 5-7 business days after we received the item to get cash back in your account.
-Returns items must have original invoice, returns without a invoice do not qualify for cash back. Refunds will be issued only in the form of a store credit for the current selling price of the merchandise returned
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please send your return via Priority Mail and request a delivery confirmation tracking number, so you can track the shipment. We are not responsible for any return items lost in shipping. Please understand that some clearance items may not be eligible for returns, refunds or credit. Returns will usually be processed within two weeks.

Shipping is provided by United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders of more than $99 US Dollars have free shipping in the United States via USPS. You will see the shipping cost info in the shopping cart after begin the checkout process.
